Shipping & Handling

Malaika Padma offer shipping on all orders from via UPS (recommended) or the local Post Office services. We use signed-for registered parcel services. Nevertheless not all countries offer tracking information for its internal handling process.

Malaika Padma will make reasonable efforts to dispatch paid orders within 7 working days. In additions shipping time usually takes 3-5 days with UPS, or 10-14 business days with post.

Although we use small simple packaging, your order may be detained by your local customs or delayed by destination post office or other shipping providers. In some countries importing taxes may be charged and in some VAT / TVA charges may be charged.

Malaika Padma is not responsible for any delays including without excluding due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by couriers and postal services etc. Nor will Malaika Padma reimburse you for any importing customs and / or VAT and /or any other charges imposed on you by destination customs, or other governing bodies or services.

In the case of failure to deliver a package in the event of an uncollected package, the shipping provider usually returns the item back to Malaika Padma within 2 month or the original shipping time. Malaika Padma may charge you with additional shipment and service costs if you will ask that those items will be shipped to you again.

Remote & Large Orders
Please note that particularly large orders or orders to remote areas where shipping costs are exceptionally high, may cause the costumer be contacted regarding adjustment of shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be changed before receiving costumer approval.
